A Bulk Order is an order for 50 or more copies of the same title. In many cases, Scrub Hill Press can give bulk purchase discounts on orders of this size. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Purchase Order.

• Account setup is required if paying by Purchase Order.
• Purchase Orders are accepted for purchases of $500 or more.
• Please allow 72 business hours for credit approval.

We provide free shipping on Bulk Orders because we want to encourage you to buy direct with minimal problems.

If you would like to have processing of your order begin on the day of acceptance, please ensure that we receive your order no later than 2 p.m. ET. If we do not receive your order by 2 p.m. ET, processing will begin on the next business day. Processing time will take roughly 3-4 business days (may increase or decrease depending on order requirements).

• On requests of 50-99 copies, inventory will be checked at the time the quote is accepted. Once we receive your faxed order form, we will confirm that these titles are available. Inventory is subject to change.
• On requests of 100 copies or more, inventory will be checked at the time a Price Quote is requested. Inventory is subject to change.

Price Quotes are valid for 10 business days. If a Price Quote is accepted after 10 business days, you will receive an Updated Price Quote for your approval or rejection.

No. Becuase of the discounts being extended, Bulk Orders with Scrub Hill Press are non-returnable.

Yes! We are happy to customize books with cover art for your company. We have worked with a number of Pharma companies to provide customized covers including 4 color advertisements on the inside front and back covers.
